Energy healing

Through a combination of hands on healing, counseling, emotional processing, mind body integration and other techniques, I am able to work with the aura, chakra system and deeper levels of your being to assist you in your healing journey. We will explore your life conditions, past history, childhood issues and other factors contributing to your emotional, spiritual and physical health. Any information that is discussed or experienced in sessions is held strictly confidential.

Holistic healing can be extremely beneficial in restoring balance to your body and your life. Some of the benefits may include; healing of relationships, experiencing more joy and peace, relief from physical and/ or emotional pain, past life work, relationship cord work, increase your connection to spirit and more. These are but some of the possible benefits although everyone’s healing journey is unique. I am not a psychotherapist or a physician, I am not licensed or authorized to practice medicine and therefore I do not diagnose disease or prescribe drugs.

Healing sessions run approximately 60 minutes and include discussion, treatment and resting time.

I am now offering coaching and mentoring sessions to assist you in connecting with your light more fully and living your life purpose from the inside out. In these sessions I connect with you and your guides to specifically deliver the teachings that help you meet your individual goals.
